Abstract

Soybeanseedstorageproteinisgraduallysynthesizedandaccumulatedduringseedformation,and graduallydegradesduringseedgermination.Differentsoybeansorageproteinscanaltertheirnutritionalandfunctionalqualitiesbyaffectingtheproteinproperties.Lipoxygenaseisthesourceofthesmellofbeans.7Sglobulinand 11Sglobulin,includinglipoxygenaseisthemaincomponentofsoybeanstorageroteins,andithasbecomeanimportantgoalfortheimprovementofsoybeanquality.Thisarticlemainlyintroducesthelatestresearchprogressofgeneticsoybeanproteinimprovementforlipoxygenasedeficiency,11Sglobulindeficiencycoupledwithincreased7S globulincontent,7Sglobulindeficiencycoupledwithincreased11Sglobulincontent,and7Sglobulin-lipoxygenasedoubledeficiency.ItisimportanttoprovidereferenceforChinesesoybeanqualityimprovementbreeding.
