
顶空气相色谱法测定豆粕中残留溶剂研究
Detection of residual solvent of soybean meal by headspace gas chromatography
通过优化气相色谱条件、气液相平衡条件等,建立了一种豆粕中残留溶剂甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇的顶空气相色谱法(headspace gas chromatography, HS-GC)检测方法;应用该方法测定了8种豆粕样品中的甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇残留量。研究结果表明,甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇能够完全分离,定量曲线线性关系良好,方法最低检测限分别为0 .166、0.153和0.159mg/L,样品的加标回收率分别为101.1%、99.4%和97.8%。本文为研究各种豆粕中的残留溶剂提供了可靠的检测方法。
According to the optimization of equilibrium conditions and chromatography conditions, a method was developed to detect methanol, ethanol and isopropanol (IPA) used for soybean meal by headspace gas chromatography (HS-GC). By this method, residual solvent from 8 soybean meal samples were tested. Standard curve showed a good linearity range of this method. The detection limits of methanol, ethanol and IPA were 0.719, 0.420 and 0.214mg/L, the recovery rates were 101.1%, 99.4%, 97.8% respectively. A simple and convenient method was provided for the determination of residual solvents’ content in different kinds of soybean meal samples.
