白芥和甘蓝型油菜属间杂种后代菌核病抗性鉴定

白芥和甘蓝型油菜属间杂种后代菌核病抗性鉴定

摘要

通过对24个白芥和甘蓝型油菜属间杂种回交后代株系叶片菌核病菌丝接种鉴定,发现有11个株系与抗病品种“中双9号”抗性差异不显著,有4个株系抗性极显著并强于“中双9号”。茎杆接种也验证了这个结果。本试验结果表明,白芥和甘蓝型油菜属间杂种后代部分株系抗菌核病能力得到明显提高,对创造抗菌核病油菜新种质具有重要意义。
